Important, please READ ALL BEFORE you book.

This is a non-smoking property. You are strictly prohibited from smoking inside or on the porch or balconies. A $500 fee applies if a cigarette smell is detected. 

Please be aware that there are (friendly) pets on the property, and therefore, it is not suited for individuals who are allergic to or frightened of dogs or cats. 

This home offers an inside/outside lifestyle, and Hawaii is a tropical environment. Therefore, you will see geckos and (rarely) other harmless critters that you may not be used to. Geckos are cute, and most guests love them, but they also leave droppings here and there. Please come with an awareness that you are going to be in Hawaii, where nature and humans commingle more than might be typical living in the city.  We ensure to always have the rental pristine and clean and all surfaces disinfected before you arrive, but please be prepared that you may need to clean your surfaces more during your stay due to this fact.

While all physical capabilities are most welcome to stay with us, please be aware that the pool area and hot tub, balconies, and property boundaries are not especially secured for small children/ toddlers or those with difficulty swimming or medical issues that may affect your balance.

We (the owners and guest services, two families altogether) live on-site. We are 4 adults, 1 child, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. We are all very friendly and try to be helpful, and will give you as much or as little support as you wish.

There are a total of two rentals on the property which shares the outside guest amenities, such as the pool, yard, yoga studio, and sport/play areas.

By booking this property, you agree not to hold the owners responsible for any accidents that result from you or your guests using the “Halani” facilities or being on “Halani” property.
